We are seeking a motivated and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across mid-market and enterprise portfolios in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle, deliver value-based solutions, and build trusted relationships with C-level and operational leaders. You will manage complex deals, leverage data-driven storytelling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence adoption of advanced, AI-enhanced platforms. This position requires curiosity, agility, and a strong command of modern SaaS selling. Accountabilities:
  • Own and expand a territory of mid-market to enterprise accounts, driving full-cycle sales from discovery to close.
  • Lead demos, proposals, and value-driven engagements with operators, asset managers, and technical buyers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, events, and partner channels.
  • Apply structured sales processes and data-backed storytelling to navigate complex buying groups.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Marketing to execute high-impact selling motions.
  • Utilize CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Promote and support the adoption of AI-first tools that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed to strengthen relationships and accelerate growth.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in real estate tech, property management, or facilities software.
  • Proven ability to lead structured sales processes, map stakeholders, and close complex, multi-product deals.
  • Experience closing opportunities ranging from 200K to 1M or more.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort selling to C-suite, technical teams, and operational buyers.
  • Self-driven approach with a passion for proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving market and operate with urgency and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel 30 to 50 percent of the time for client engagements and industry events.
  • Familiarity with industry workflows, operational challenges, or multifamily SaaS is a plus.
