In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling our innovative FinTech solutions to enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and a deep understanding of the financial services data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Own and manage a named book of enterprise and upper‐mid‐market platform clients (Vertical SaaS platforms, payroll/HCM companies, B2B fintechs) and build strategic relationships at C-suite, VP, and director levels</li><li data-local-id="b40025c3-06e5-484a-84db-4acda84d2ef1" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Lead full sales cycles, from inbound and outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing</li><li data-local-id="c90ac127-ba99-4842-a71a-293f323b4c63" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to win new business and expand with existing clients</li><li data-local-id="b164d017-8cb3-4679-8d9f-9f25509d8066" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Work cross‐functionally across Product, Finance, and Engineering to design and deliver custom solutions as part of a technical selling process</li><li data-local-id="4d34c52c-1004-48e1-acee-350c390886e9" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Drive and refine the platform strategy: help define and scale repeatable engagement models, sales motions, and positioning for Branch’s platform offerings</li><li data-local-id="5b0377d0-a1b6-4e21-a177-d1a3d2a72f8d" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Use metrics and financial analysis to quantify value propositions and ROI for prospective clients</li><li data-local-id="59c3c043-206b-47e4-b194-a5eb125cff8c" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Collaborate with internal teams to shape product roadmap based on client feedback, competitive landscape, and market demand</li><li data-local-id="1bd8ad10-0a29-43a9-8656-214e4771335a" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Hit or exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and other KPIs relevant to platform and enterprise deals</li></ul>Qualifications (required):<ul><li data-local-id="fe5cc4e7-1c37-4dc5-899d-f98da11ab2e0" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling platforms, embedded finance, payments, or infrastructure solutions</li><li data-local-id="6c22d447-7f92-4d82-8a91-7620dcc0fb4e" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Closed sizable ($500k+ ARR), complex deals (multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter cycles, including technical and non‐technical buyers)</li><li data-local-id="2f6e562c-c9f6-481b-b040-c3bb60d74bed" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Comfortable engaging senior executives (CTOs, CFOs, COOs) as well as technical leaders (engineers, security / compliance)</li><li data-local-id="f549e4fd-76df-4938-b71f-67754b449497" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Strong product acumen and are capable of understanding and communicating both technical and financial value</li><li data-local-id="1729ae38-f123-4452-b048-ef8026469309" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Highly analytical — you know how to build business cases, model ROI, and use data to drive decisions</li><li data-local-id="7315e6c6-ee21-48b4-8fde-f61877395205" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Self-motivated, resourceful, and can thrive in a fast‐moving environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution</li><li data-local-id="e2b52812-8d5c-4a24-acc2-6d3c4d0327ce" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Excellent communication, both written and verbal</li></ul>Qualifications (preferred):<ul><li services</li></ul>Compensation:The salary range for this role is $130-160k.
