In this role, you will drive the development of our SDKs, ensuring they are performant, easy to use, and loved by developers on every platform and in every language. You will also play a crucial role in the Ditto developer ecosystem by managing and growing a talented engineering team and establishing a culture that collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class SDK libraries for our customers. This includes people-management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, and career development.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of technical leadership, including driving best practices, project scoping and design, and providing architectural guidance.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A willingness to travel, including internationally, up to once a quarter for team get togethers.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience with mobile development or leading mobile development teams (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.)</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team growth, mentorship, and collaboration.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A strategic, product-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance technical priorities with business needs.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with large scale CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer tooling & workflows to automate software releases.</span></li><li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
