  • Oversee legacy system transitions to modern architectures, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize initiatives, define roadmaps, and establish delivery timelines.
  • Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and mentorship for team members.
  • Monitor team performance, project status, and resource allocation, resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that drives excellence and ownership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in engineering management.
  • Proven ability to lead remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: full-stack development (preferably MERN), backend systems, cloud architecture, or QA processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as React, Node.js, MongoDB, Python, Django, and Salesforce is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 – $180,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid options.
  • Paid time off, holidays, volunteer day, and summer Fridays.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, and 401(k).
  • Tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work in an innovative, inclusive, and high-energy environment with industry-leading brands.
