<h3 class="mb-4 text-xl font-extrabold tracking-tight text-gray-900 sm:text-3xl md:text-2xl">About the role</h3><p class="mt-4">The Product Engineering team builds the core experiences that make it easy for employers to give — and employees to get — great healthcare. You’ll enable employers to quickly and efficiently manage their employee benefits, build tools that help members choose the right plans for their families, and help our external partners integrate Thatch into their service offerings.</p><p>You'll lead a group of talented engineers and collaborate with designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners to craft polished, thoughtful end-to-end experiences.
