Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across core application platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap that balances immediate operational needs with long-term platform modernization initiatives.
Manage and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, fostering accountability, leadership growth, and high-performance execution.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance models, and delivery practices aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
Partner with product, business, and technology stakeholders to align engineering execution with organizational and customer priorities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, particularly across legacy systems and modernization efforts.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, system stability, and delivery efficiency across teams.

Requirements

This role requires deep experience in software engineering leadership within complex enterprise environments, ideally involving large-scale, business-critical systems. Candidates should bring a strong mix of technical depth, strategic thinking, and proven people leadership.

15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems design, application development, or IT engineering roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical application platforms in enterprise environments.
Experience defining and executing technology strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering managers and cross-functional technical teams.
Strong background in platform modernization and legacy system transformation.
Ability to align engineering execution with business strategy and enterprise objectives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
