You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and scaling critical systems that power global transactions, treasury operations, and payment capabilities. Accountabilities:- Lead the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of a large-scale global treasury and payments platform, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and performance across multiple engineering streams.
- Oversee several feature teams across payments, treasury services, and infrastructure, driving end-to-end delivery of complex financial products.
- Define technical direction and engineering standards while ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives.
- Remove technical and organizational blockers, provide clear context and guidance, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure execution efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate customer needs into robust, scalable solutions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to measure product success, optimize system performance, and guide technical and product decisions.
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across global teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, complex, and global environments.
- Strong technical leadership background with the ability to set engineering vision, define standards, and drive execution across multiple teams.
- Deep product and business understanding with the ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve product and system performance.
