As an Engagement Manager, you will lead multiple customer onboarding projects, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable success. You will manage around eight client engagements at a time, driving execution, accountability, and communication between all stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, and a passion for delivering value. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and practices, while developing a deep understanding of the credit union ecosystem. This is a dynamic opportunity to combine leadership, technical acumen, and customer engagement in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Manage customer onboarding projects from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are consistently met.

·         Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

·         Lead milestone meetings, provide weekly status updates, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track.

·         Partner with executive-level sponsors to align solutions with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

·         Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on industry best practices.

·         Track and manage project scope, including preparing change orders when needed.

·         Coach and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.

·         Contribute to the design and refinement of methodologies, templates, and tools to enhance delivery capabilities.

Requirements

·         7+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or enterprise software implementations.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including VP and C-suite.

·         Proven ability to lead meetings with customers, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and navigate complex integration challenges.

·         Expertise with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

·         Ability to understand, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

·         Track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction.

·         Executive presence, consultative mindset, and strong leadership skills.

·         Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
