The Field Trainer should bring strong experience working directly with contractors and installing energy-efficient equipment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Field and Program Delivery teams to interpret program and equipment requirements, support quality assurance and quality control activities, and contribute to contractor performance improvement efforts. This position plays a key role in strengthening contractor engagement, improving utility client KPIs, and ensuring work is completed safely and to program standards. Experience with utility programs and/or the energy-efficiency sector is highly preferred.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong contractor relationships, monitoring inspection performance metrics, supporting and delivering training initiatives, conducting onsite ride-alongs, and verifying the quality of customer education and installation practices. The Field Trainer will also ensure that contractors follow all safety requirements and program guidelines in customer homes. This is a home-based role that requires daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
