This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enclave Manager. This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of a secure, multi-cloud research enclave that facilitates federal data access and linkage initiatives. You will be accountable for the implementation and execution of infrastructure, security, and user services, ensuring they align with program goals. Collaborating closely with government sponsors and technical teams, you'll transform contractual requirements into actionable plans and measurable results, ultimately impacting researchers’ ability to access and analyze sensitive data.


Accountabilities
  • Lead planning, scheduling, implementation, and execution for a multi-cloud research enclave.
  • Direct day-to-day operations, including capacity planning and technical assistance.
  • Coordinate with security, networking, cloud engineering, and data linkage teams.
  • Translate federal security and privacy requirements into practical operational architectures.
  • Own metrics and dashboards for enclave performance and drive improvements.
  • Develop and support technical teams, including staffing plans and onboarding.
  • Plan and execute transition activities for enclave-related environments.


Requirements
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing federal IT or cloud programs.
  • Strong leadership experience with multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Understanding of project/program management, including financials and reporting.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted research environments and familiarity with federal standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust authorization.
