This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Appspace. We are currently looking for an Enablement Specialist in the United States.

This role provides the opportunity to empower customers and internal teams by designing and delivering engaging, scalable learning experiences. You will create instructional content, manage learning resources, and develop structured learning journeys to maximize adoption and proficiency of technology solutions. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and People & Culture teams to ensure educational initiatives align with organizational goals. The position focuses on using data to continuously refine learning materials and enhance the user experience, while also supporting internal employee training. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for instructional design, customer enablement, and improving technology adoption in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly guides, playbooks, FAQs, and learning paths that enable customers to self-serve effectively.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create end-to-end learning journeys for onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • Contribute to in-app guides, walkthroughs, tooltips, and notifications to improve feature adoption and the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Product Communications, Workplace Experience, Customer Success Operations, and People & Culture teams to align educational initiatives.
  • Track and analyze usage and feedback of learning materials, refining content to ensure relevance, clarity, and impact.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deliver employee onboarding and upskilling programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer enablement, instructional design, customer success, or a related SaaS environment.
  • Experience creating LMS content including guides, walkthroughs, and tooltips.
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience applying adult learning principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and feedback to continuously improve educational content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and engaging content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to design learning journeys, certification programs, and self-paced learning modules.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Appspace platform.
  • Experience designing internal employee training programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM, LMS, help desk, or other customer success platforms.
