Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RF Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in preparing law enforcement, fire, and/or utility vehicles for duty. As an RF Technician you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of specialized equipment and systems and ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the functionality, efficiency, and safety of equipment used to serve and protect our communities.


This role requires daily on-site work throughout the Maryland region and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The employee must reside within reasonable driving distance of the Eastern Shore of Virginia to effectively support customer locations. Local proximity is necessary to conduct regular site visits, provide timely on-call response, and address in-person service needs across both Maryland and the Eastern Shore of Virginia.


Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment/systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner.
  • Communicate job progress to supervisor & customer.
  • Complete service orders.
  • On-Call customer support


Basic Role Requirements
  • Associates degree in Electronics or a related field, or several years of comparable technical experience.
  • Knowledge of basic electronics.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Networking experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

$55,000 - $90,000 a year
Expected salary range does not include quarterly bonus and other benefits
