You will collaborate with highly skilled delivery teams made up of ISDs, Software Engineers, 3D Artists, Graphic Designers, and Technical Leads to analyze, design, develop, test, and deliver Navy training products — and have a great time doing meaningful work that directly supports the warfighter.

Accelint’s ideal SME contributes to every phase of the instructional systems design process, validating design decisions with Creative Leadership, the Program Team, and other contributors throughout development. • Develop learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, branching scenarios, assessments, and IMI design specifications following NAVEDTRA guidelines.
  • Transform complex technical information, manuals into clear, instructionally sound digital learning content.
  • Assist Instructional Designers design, structure, and sequence IMI modules delivered through Captivate, Unity, or other training pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Graphic Designers, and 3D Artists to ensure instructional design is accurately implemented in the final product.
  • Develop mockups, flowcharts, and prototypes to communicate instructional concepts to stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear instructional strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement instructional content.

  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience principles in digital training.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Unity, Storyline, XD, or related design tools.
  • Experience writing or reviewing learning assessments aligned to performance outcomes.
  • Familiarity with TLO/ELO alignment, CCDs, and Navy courseware development processes.
