This role supports a large-scale federal Electronic Health Record Modernization initiative focused on improving training, communication, and performance evaluation across healthcare operations. You will operate at the intersection of project management, communications, and data-driven program evaluation, ensuring that multiple workstreams remain aligned and deliverables meet strict federal standards. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, translating complex information into clear and actionable materials, and supporting leadership decision-making through high-quality reporting and presentations. You will contribute directly to improving end-user understanding and adoption of new systems within a highly structured and mission-critical environment. The role requires strong organization, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly support healthcare modernization efforts at national scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead project coordination and evaluation activities across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and federal standards. You will also support the development of communication and training materials that improve end-user understanding and program effectiveness.

  • Lead and coordinate evaluation efforts, including defining success metrics, tracking performance, and supporting implementation of assessment frameworks
  • Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment, dependency tracking, and timely execution of deliverables
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across training, operations, engagement, and evaluation teams to ensure program cohesion
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and communication materials aligned with branding and federal style requirements
  • Research and synthesize complex documentation and SME input into clear, concise messaging and deliverables
  • Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and project leads to refine communication strategies and content outputs
  • Ensure materials meet defined learning objectives and support effective end-user adoption and behavior reinforcement
  • Manage documentation standards, version control, and organized file systems in compliance with federal program requirements
  • Produce high-quality deliverables including project plans, SOPs, concepts of operations, strategic documents, and leadership presentations
  • Independently manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Requirements

This position requires extensive consulting and project management experience within complex, cross-functional environments, ideally supporting federal programs or large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex information into clear, actionable outputs.

  • 8+ years of consulting experience, preferably supporting federal clients or large-scale transformation, training, or communications programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, Education, Business, or related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex workstreams
  • Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (including SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Mural, or Lean Six
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Experience supporting federal programs or healthcare-related initiatives (EHR/EHRM experience preferred)
  • Current VA access or eligibility (including PIV) is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications
  • Opportunity to support a national-scale healthcare modernization initiative
  • Exposure to federal program management, evaluation frameworks, and transformation efforts
  • Collaborative, mission-driven consulting environment
  • Professional growth through high-impact, multi-stakeholder project delivery
  • Experience working with advanced Agile and federal program tools and frameworks
  • Inclusive workplace with strong emphasis on public service impact and career development
