Ecosys Technical Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of a powerful enterprise software platform used by large-scale capital clients. The specialist will work closely with clients to tailor the platform to their unique business requirements, ensuring efficient operations and seamless integration with other systems. This position requires a proactive, client-focused mindset and a strong technical skillset to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

• Set up and configure the EcoSys platform according to client needs.
• Customize EcoSys modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using EcoSys tools.
• Write and optimize scripts and queries to enhance platform functionality.
• Conduct various testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and administrators.
• Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to ensure effective platform use.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources during implementations.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay updated on latest platform features and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with the EcoSys software platform.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as SQL and JavaScript, and data integration tools.
• Experience in report writing and dashboard creation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
