About the role


Futuri Media is seeking an innovative and results-driven hands-on individual contributor E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead the charge on our digital revenue strategy, with a sharp focus on optimizing customer journeys across both our websites and e-commerce marketing channels. This role is central to driving revenue growth, increasing conversion rates, and creating seamless, high-performing customer flows that span from top-of-funnel awareness through to retention and upsell. You will own the performance of go-to-market strategies for e-commerce products and collaborate cross-functionally to continually test, refine, and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with the internal marketing team, vendors, and contractors to help execute your e-commerce growth strategy.

What you'll do

Customer Journey & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer flows across web and mobile platforms — from landing page to checkout to post-purchase engagement.
  • Identify and address friction points in the customer journey to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
  • Lead the execution of A/B and multivariate testing across ecommerce touchpoints and marketing funnels (email, SMS, paid media).
  • Develop strategies for retargeting, cart recovery, and upsell within automated marketing flows.


E-commerce Strategy & Product Growth

  • Lead the go-to-market execution for new and existing digital products, ensuring competitive positioning and sales readiness.
  • Define MVPs and iterate with speed, using real-time data to guide improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to build scalable, high-performing ecommerce experiences.
  • Own customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategy through data-driven segmentation, pre- & post-purchase journeys, and loyalty program optimization.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across channels (paid, email, SMS, organic, social).
  • Ensure messaging and design consistency throughout the full digital customer journey.
  • Work with sales, product, and customer experience teams to enhance funnel performance and engagement.
  • Champion a customer-first approach internally and advocate for continuous journey improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant technical/marketing background a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving multi-channel customer journeys.
  • Deep understanding of DTC and B2B ecommerce platforms, funnel strategy, marketing automation tools, and CRO best practices.
  • Strong command of web analytics, customer segmentation, and performance marketing attribution.
  • Experience scaling digital products and revenue in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
