 Position Overview

We are seeking an E‑Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to lead and execute Crazy Mountain’s digital growth strategy. This person will own our website ecosystem, run direct‑to‑consumer framework for beverage products and merchandise, and support our e‑commerce initiatives. You will manage day‑to‑day, technical execution while strategically building the systems, content, and analytics needed for scalable growth.

This role blends digital marketing, e‑commerce operations, site management, marketplace optimization, and performance analytics.

  • Strong linkage between paid media, analytics, and revenue KPIs
  • Balanced focus on hands‑on execution and systems/process building

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Collaborate with Creative to produce digital content (ads, banners, emails, social assets, campaigns, and brand storytelling).
  • Own customer acquisition and retention, including email/SMS, segmentation, retention flows, and loyalty programs.
  • Lead digital reporting across dashboards and KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs, subscription models, and personalized experiences.
  • Drive acquisition through paid media and SEO activities.

Website & Web Shop Management

  • Manage the company’s web site and web store – front and backend.
  • Build, update, and optimize site pages and content.
    • Work closely with the Design team to ensure brand alignment and a strong user journey.
  • Manage site integrations, including ERP, CRM, fulfillment, subscription tools, and third‑party apps.
  • Continuously optimize site performance and usability.

Compliance

  • Ensure system licensing and platform agreements are current.
  • Ensure sales and e‑commerce activities align with applicable agreements and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, data privacy laws, and other legal requirements.

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Act as the point of contact for customer experience and DTC order management activities, including reviews, delivery issues, FAQs, and related inquiries.
  • Manage 3PL partners for order fulfillment and SLA compliance in collaboration with Operations.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, forecasting inputs, and product availability across channels.
  • Support development of product offerings, pricing strategy, and budget
  • Maintain accurate product master data

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on Shopify administration and development experience, including working knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Shopify.
  • Prior ownership of DTC and e‑commerce strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, design, and development skills.
  • Shopify multi-portal management experience (e.g. DTC, B2B)
  • Klaviyo experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Comfortable operating in a customer service–oriented role.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment—hands‑on, resourceful, proactive, and collaborative.

A plus:

  • Experience with regulated CPG categories
  • Experience working with third‑party marketing service providers
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems
