Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a contract Ecommerce Associate to help maintain and enhance the customer experience on our hybrid telehealth/ecommerce platform. In this role, you’ll support the execution and continuous improvement of our product content and site experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and drives engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and operational tasks, and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and update content and copy for products across the site, ensuring information is standardized, accurate, current, and presented in a brand-appropriate and engaging way

  • Partner with SEO agency to manage blog upload process

  • Collaborate with the Ops team to take over product upsell opportunities, AB testing and catalog management functionality

  • Support eCommerce team to launch promotions, special campaigns, and other marketing initiatives

  • Monitor and report on weekly site search data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to website updates, operational processes and standard operating procedures

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in eCommerce site operations, suggesting innovative solutions and improvements to enhance efficiency

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and ecommerce best practices.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Shopify, WordPress)

  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
