What You Will Do:

Our Ductless Channel Manager for duct-free split system (DFS) is responsible for all aspects and daily functions of DFS system activities in their respective channel. This position supports the necessary business and product metrics required to meet the company goals and objectives. Day to day functions of this team member may include but are not limited to sales, forecasting, marketing, and product and application training for distribution channel partners, and other actions necessary to meet channel sales goals. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

 

How You Will Do It: 

  • Manage respective distribution sales channel with locations throughout the US.

  • Develop and manage relationships within sales channel.

  • Grow Share of Wallet (SOW) with existing customer accounts.

  • Add additional Points of Distribution (POD) with new and existing customer accounts.

  • Train channel remotely or in person on existing product and new product releases.

  • Understand your customer product mix and volume to provide accurate forecasts.

  • Keep abreast of competitive activities and obstacles and plan accordingly to overcome.

  • Communicate competitive landscape changes in your market to management.

  • Be the face of the organization to your customer channel.

  • Work with customer account marketing teams to develop sales growth programs.

What we look for:

 Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years HVAC experience

  • 3+ years DFS and/or VRF sales experience

  • Critical and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Multitasking proficiency

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Up to 75% travel

 Preferred:  

  • B2B sales experience
