The role also plays a critical part in driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment across business units within the division. Operating in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, it requires strong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a key financial advisor and thought partner to division and regional leaders, synthesizing complex financial data into clear recommendations that support decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Drive financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards across the division, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal and external requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in financial processes, and design solutions to improve operational effectiveness and resource allocation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business units and corporate stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, change management, and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Oversee financial analysis, performance tracking, and KPI development to ensure transparency and continuous improvement across the division.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and professional background.
  • Proven experience leading financial planning, analysis, and complex multi-stakeholder financial operations in large or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in accounting principles, financial regulations, and performance management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and mentor teams, with experience in recruiting, coaching, and performance leadership.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to executive audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements and implementing scalable financial processes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $152,000–$190,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive health care coverage, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution and retirement savings support.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and additional financial wellness benefits.
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Employee assistance and well-being programs supporting mental, emotional, and professional health.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility across U.S. locations.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and leadership growth pathways.
