This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a District Sales Manager in the United States.

This is a high-impact, field-based enterprise sales role focused on driving strategic growth across key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts in diverse industrial sectors. You will be responsible for managing and expanding long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to large industrial customers with multi-site operations. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across internal technical and operational teams. You will play a key role in shaping customer engagement strategies, improving account performance, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and enterprise capabilities. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in technical, industrial, and solution-oriented environments.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow strategic OEM customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationship development and sustained revenue growth.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage customer agreements while ensuring alignment with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks related to forecasting, inventory, and open orders within assigned accounts.
  • Drive new business acquisition through targeted prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships across complex, multi-site customer organizations.
  • Deliver consistent year-over-year profitable growth across assigned territory and account portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, product management, customer service, and demand chain functions.
  • Capture, analyze, and share customer insights (Voice of Customer) to influence internal strategy and product development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Influence internal stakeholders without formal authority to support customer needs and business priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience within the industrial manufacturing or related B2B sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience managing large OEM or multi-location customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats, with high-level executive presence.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and account planning abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in large, matrixed global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and business outcomes.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
