You will have the autonomy to innovate, the responsibility to execute, and the opportunity to shape the future of revenue operations.

Accountabilities

  • Align goals, KPIs, and lifecycle definitions across all GTM teams to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on compensation plans, forecasting, and operational strategy.
  • Optimize lead qualification, segmentation, resource allocation, and GTM processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Own data governance and maintain a single source of truth for GTM metrics across CRM and automation systems.
  • Design forecasting, territory planning, and expansion processes to support growth initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, attribution models, and CS health metrics.
  • Prepare board-level reporting packages, including quarterly business reviews and revenue forecasts.
  • Drive adoption of tools and systems, support onboarding of GTM hires, and enable cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar leadership roles within SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, funnel management, forecasting best practices, and GTM optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience presenting insights to executives and board members.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, CS, and finance.
  • Experience in venture-backed or high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and ethical leader with a growth mindset.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus annual bonus and equity participation.
  • Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Remote-first work environment with investment in HQ resources for leadership roles.
  • Opportunities to shape organizational strategy and scale high-impact GTM initiatives.
  • Exposure to innovative AI-powered SaaS products and high-growth operational processes.
  • Career development opportunities in revenue operations, strategy, and executive leadership.
