  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Training, and Compliance to align execution.
  • Build and manage integrated project plans, identifying risks, dependencies, resource needs, and recommended mitigation strategies.

  • Lead special projects such as process improvement, organizational design, strategic off-sites, and other high-priority initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, urgency, transparency, and patient-centered performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong oncology experience required; NSCLC or thoracic oncology expertise highly preferred.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong commercial planning background including annual planning, launch readiness, business reviews, and governance processes.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, spend management, and resource prioritization experience.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • MBA or advanced scientific/business degree is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $201,000 to $251,000 USD.

  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits package.
  • Remote U.S. work flexibility or headquarters-based option in California.
