This senior product leadership role sits at the intersection of data center infrastructure, smart building technologies, and emerging robotics innovation. You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy across complex, enterprise-scale technology ecosystems that support global operations. The role requires a strong blend of technical depth and product vision to drive innovation in automation, AI-enabled operations, and infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. Acting as a key driver of product evolution, you will shape the future of intelligent operations and workplace technologies. This is a highly visible role in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, execution, and strategic thinking are equally critical.
Accountabilities:- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for data center technologies, including infrastructure automation, DCIM/BMS systems, and intelligent operations platforms.
- Oversee integration of product capabilities within enterprise smart building and intelligent operations ecosystems to ensure scalable and reliable performance.
- Lead product innovation efforts in robotics, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization for workplace and facilities management use cases.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, working closely with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Manage customer-facing technology platforms, including APIs, developer tools, billing systems, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless integration across CMMS, ticketing, and security systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to identify opportunities for innovation and platform enhancement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4+ years in data center infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of data center systems, including server infrastructure, storage, networking, and DCIM tools.
- Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), and network operations center (NOC) environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives in complex, enterprise-scale technology ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience making data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in AI, automation, robotics, and emerging workplace technologies.
- Experience with smart building technologies or facilities management platforms is a strong plus.
