Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field; CPA preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax law and indirect taxation, including marketplace facilitator laws and fintech products.
  • Strong understanding of ASC 740 income tax accounting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tax issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with tax automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Avalara, Vertex) preferred.
  • Exposure to international tax matters (Canada/EU), including transfer pricing and foreign tax credit issues, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $195,000 – $252,000 USD, plus equity and bonus eligibility.
  • Remote-first flexibility, allowing work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Unlimited PTO, company-wide recharge days, and annual team offsites.
  • Weekly meal credits and travel discounts to enhance everyday life.
  • Generous parental leave and flexible return-to-work plans for growing families.
  • Access to wellness budgets, personal development funds, and team-level learning resources.
