This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition in the United States.
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and scale the recruiting strategy across multiple functions, including clinical, non-clinical, and support roles, with a focus on building a high-performing, mission-driven workforce. You will manage a remote TA team, develop performance metrics, and partner with leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality hires. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
· Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning with organizational goals and business priorities across clinical, operations, and administrative functions.
· Lead, coach, and manage a remote Talent Acquisition team, fostering capability in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
· Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency, quality, and candidate experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
· Partner with leadership and HR teams to ensure credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions.
· Create, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as time to fill, quality of hire, retention, cost per hire, and candidate experience.
· Own employer branding efforts, including relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment vendors.
· Manage TA budgets, vendor relationships, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
· Implement behavioral-based interview strategies and frameworks to ensure equitable, predictive, and high-quality hiring practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
· Previous Director-level leadership experience in managing TA teams, budgets, and full-cycle recruiting.
· Experience in clinical, healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery environments is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize TA performance metrics.
· Proven experience in compensation plan design, incentive programs, and HRIS integration (e.g., ADP, iCIMS).
· Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills to mentor teams and engage with senior leaders.
· Ability to manage remote teams and work independently with discretion and accountability.
