This is a strategic leadership role focused on building and optimizing the backbone of a global supply chain operation. As Director of Supply Chain Enablement, you will define and govern enterprise-wide frameworks, systems, and data strategies that drive operational excellence at scale. You will play a critical role in enabling efficient production across multiple manufacturing sites and extended partner networks. The position combines transformation leadership with operational oversight, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and performance alignment across the organization. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that enhance resilience, transparency, and financial outcomes. Accountabilities:- Establish and enforce global supply chain governance frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and ethical sourcing standards
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategies, ensuring high-quality master data management across ERP and SCM systems
- Oversee risk management and compliance with international trade regulations, sustainability requirements, and internal controls
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced analytics, AI-based forecasting, and automated reporting tools
- Define and manage supply chain performance metrics, ensuring alignment across functions and eliminating data silos
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Legal to align supply chain architecture with broader business objectives
- Establish inventory governance policies, including safety stock strategies and controls for slow-moving or obsolete inventory
- Own enterprise KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and executive dashboards to monitor supply chain performance
- Lead strategic initiatives such as ERP harmonization, network optimization, and process standardization
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance through robust internal controls and governance processes
- Collaborate with finance teams to link supply chain performance with working capital optimization and margin improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in complex manufacturing environments such as automotive, aerospace, or electronics
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain governance, data management, or leadership roles
- Strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP (MM/PP/WM), Oracle Cloud, or similar platforms, along with PLM tools
- Proven experience in master data management, supply chain analytics, and performance measurement frameworks
- Certifications such as APICS (CSCP), Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Manufacturing are highly desirable
- Experience leading audits such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, global environments
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
