This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and governing the foundational frameworks that enable a high-performing, globally integrated supply chain supporting large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations. The position plays a critical architectural role, ensuring that systems, data, inventory policies, and performance standards are aligned across global operations and enable data-driven decision-making. It requires a leader capable of building scalable governance structures that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and financial performance across a complex, multi-site supply chain network. Operating at the intersection of supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise data management, this role drives consistency, compliance, and resilience across global operations. It is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations leaders. The environment is dynamic, transformation-focused, and centered on innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and govern global supply chain frameworks, including policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance structures to ensure consistency and operational excellence across all regions.
  • Own enterprise-wide supply chain data strategy and master data management processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment across ERP and supply chain systems.
  • Establish and manage global inventory governance policies, including safety stock strategies, inventory health standards, and controls for slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Define and oversee supply chain performance architecture, including KPIs, reporting standards, data definitions, and executive dashboards to enable unified decision-making.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives such as ERP harmonization, advanced analytics implementation, and AI-driven forecasting and automation capabilities.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal teams to ensure alignment between supply chain governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise financial objectives.
  • Develop internal controls and audit frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and global operational requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, including network optimization, system integration, and process standardization across global operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments, including at least 4+ years in supply chain governance, systems, or data leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise ERP systems such as SAP (MM/PP/WM), Oracle Cloud, or equivalent platforms, with exposure to PLM systems.
  • Experience in building and governing enterprise-wide supply chain data models, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
  • Proven background in supply chain compliance, audit readiness, and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable governance and performance insights.
  • Certifications such as APICS CSCP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in global environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive and comprehensive benefits package (varies by country)
  • Remote-first flexibility with home office-based work arrangement
  • Opportunity to work across global supply chain operations and transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to large-scale manufacturing and enterprise systems environments
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on innovation and collaboration
  • Professional growth opportunities in advanced supply chain, data, and digital transformation domains
  • Participation in high-impact strategic programs shaping global operations performance.
