About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to join our team as Director of Strategic Partnerships—a highly strategic and execution-focused role for someone who thrives on identifying untapped opportunities, crafting game-changing partnerships, and driving high-impact growth.
Reporting to the SVP, Growth, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and scaling innovative partnerships across a range of verticals. This role requires a creative dealmaker with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a flexible, scrappy approach to bringing new revenue streams and value to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and unlock non-obvious partnership opportunities that accelerate growth, increase distribution, or expand product capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end deal flow: prospecting, outreach, pitch development, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop and refine scalable partnership frameworks and go-to-market strategies across emerging categories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ops, and execs to align partnership goals with company strategy.
- Own KPIs related to partnership impact—including revenue contribution, product integrations, user growth, and market penetration.
- Build business cases and perform due diligence for potential strategic alliances, evaluating both qualitative and quantitative upside.
- Act as an internal advocate for external partners, ensuring alignment and joint success through structured plans and proactive communication.
- Track and analyze performance data to optimize partner outcomes and iterate on strategy.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development—preferably in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value deals from scratch.
- Deep understanding of how to align external opportunities with internal capabilities and long-term vision.
- Creative thinker with the ability to build 0→1 partnership strategies and execute against them.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with executive presence and high EQ.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats as needed—this role blends strategy, sales, and execution.
- Experience working across startups.
