This role sits at the intersection of private aviation, luxury service ecosystems, and high-touch relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships within ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family offices, multi-family offices, and premium concierge networks. Acting as both a trusted advisor and commercial leader, you will translate complex lifestyle, security, and mobility needs into seamless aviation solutions. The position requires a strong ability to navigate discreet, relationship-driven environments where trust and credibility are essential. You will work closely with internal operations and technology teams to ensure partner integrations are smooth, scalable, and aligned with service excellence. This is a highly strategic and client-facing role with significant impact on long-term revenue growth and brand positioning. Success depends on your ability to build enduring relationships and continuously expand high-value partnership networks.
Accountabilities:- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap targeting UHNW family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, and elite advisory networks supporting high-net-worth clients.
- Build and manage deep relationships with principals, family office executives, chiefs of staff, and concierge leaders to identify and convert private aviation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle activities including sourcing, engagement, negotiation, onboarding, and program expansion.
- Collaborate with internal technology and operations teams to integrate booking platforms into partner ecosystems while maintaining premium service standards.
- Oversee client onboarding, service execution, issue resolution, and service recovery for high-sensitivity accounts.
- Represent the organization at exclusive industry events, private forums, and high-level networking engagements.
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting, reporting, and executive-level visibility.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, strategic alignment, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge services, or other UHNW luxury service environments.
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic, high-value partnerships in service-driven or luxury industries.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills focused on long-term value creation.
- Deep understanding of UHNW client expectations, discretion standards, and concierge-level service delivery.
- Experience aligning technology-enabled solutions with bespoke, high-touch service models.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50–75% and work flexible hours as required.
