This senior-level role sits at the intersection of technology consulting, solution design, and strategic client engagement, supporting complex commercial and federal transformation programs. You will act as a key bridge between business development, technical teams, and clients, translating mission-critical challenges into scalable, cloud-based, and AI-enabled solutions. The position combines early-stage opportunity shaping, hands-on architecture leadership, and proposal ownership, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned with procurement and delivery expectations. You will work across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, contributing directly to revenue growth while reinforcing trusted advisory relationships. This role also includes active involvement in delivery projects, where you will ensure solution quality and execution excellence. It is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives on blending strategy, architecture, and client-facing influence in complex environments.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of advanced technology solutions across commercial and federal engagements, ensuring alignment between client needs, strategic goals, and technical execution. You will contribute across the full lifecycle—from early opportunity shaping through proposal development and project delivery—while maintaining architectural integrity and business impact.

  • Design and refine industry-specific solution architectures in collaboration with SMEs and capability teams
  • Translate client challenges into scalable solutions leveraging cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms
  • Support early-stage opportunity shaping through workshops, client engagement, and strategic solution positioning
  • Lead development of RFP responses, including technical architecture, solution narratives, and cross-team coordination
  • Ensure proposals reflect differentiated value and align with client procurement requirements and expectations
  • Serve in billable delivery roles, providing hands-on technical leadership on active client engagements
  • Conduct solution quality assurance to ensure delivery excellence, consistency, and client satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor across delivery teams, supporting problem-solving and alignment to strategic outcomes
  • Contribute to revenue generation and support pursuit targets through solution leadership and client engagement

Requirements

This position requires a seasoned solution architecture leader with deep consulting experience, strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, and proven success in complex client environments. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or solution architecture roles
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Valid or achievable cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) within required timeframe
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of federal and commercial procurement processes and transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in revenue- and utilization-driven consulting environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
