Buxton is seeking a dynamic Director/Vice President of Software Sales to lead a newly launched team focused on selling our proven turnkey software solution, designed to optimize retail performance and growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic leader who excels in coaching and mentoring sales talent, executing high-velocity sales strategies, and galvanizing teams to deliver results. As a critical member of our sales leadership, you will drive growth in a private-equity-backed organization experiencing double-digit revenue expansion while advancing Buxton’s mission to transform retail site selection through cutting-edge technology and analytics.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from home. While remote, Buxton maintains an open-door policy at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and our secondary location in Boca Raton, FL. These offices are available for employees who enjoy in-office collaboration or prefer a hybrid work environment. Occasional travel to the Fort Worth office may be required for key team events or meetings.

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $125,000 to $175,000 with a target annual OTE of $250,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
