  • Direct project-level outcomes assessment, including the development of metrics and test items to measure the impact of educational activities.
  • Direct and oversee the end-to-end development of high-quality educational content across live, multimedia, and text-based formats.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project teams, external faculty, and medical writers to conceptualize and execute content.
  • Author evidence-based, clinically relevant medical content as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD/DO, NP, PA) in a scientific or clinical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in content development and scientific direction within the accredited continuing medical education (CME/CE) or independent medical education (IME) industry
  • Experience in one or more therapeutic areas; oncology experience is preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and organized team player with demonstrated self-direction and ownership
  • Experience leading and motivating colleagues and collaborators
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and process development skills
  • Expert understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design best practices, and translating needs assessments into learning materials
