In this role, you will lead the national strategy and execution of district engagement for a large-scale K–12 assessment ecosystem used by millions of students across the country. You will design and own the systems that drive how districts adopt, implement, and expand the use of standardized assessments within instructional and accountability frameworks. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on scaling adoption, improving implementation quality, and strengthening long-term district partnerships. You will operate at the intersection of education strategy, program design, and cross-functional execution, collaborating with product, operations, and field teams. The role requires both strategic vision and operational rigor, with accountability for measurable district outcomes. You will also shape community-driven models, consultant strategies, and tiered support systems that directly influence educational impact at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the national district engagement strategy, ensuring effective adoption, onboarding, retention, and expansion of assessment programs across districts.
  • Lead the evolution of district engagement systems and success networks to drive measurable improvements in implementation and usage.
  • Design and oversee onboarding and implementation frameworks that ensure districts transition smoothly from adoption to sustained use.
  • Develop and manage community engagement strategies that promote peer learning and accelerate district adoption and expansion.
  • Lead consultant strategy and deployment to improve implementation quality and district outcomes.
  • Design tiered support models that ensure effective, equitable, and scalable district service delivery.
  • Align cross-functional teams across product, operations, partnerships, and field organizations to ensure consistent execution.
  • Establish performance metrics, feedback loops, and data-driven insights to continuously improve district engagement and impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in K–12 education strategy, district partnerships, program management, or implementation roles.
  • Proven success building scalable operating models or systems that drive adoption and organizational impact.
  • Strong understanding of district procurement, onboarding, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience designing tiered support models or differentiated service frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear, structured strategies and execution plans.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Commitment to educational equity and improving student outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education, public policy, business, or related field preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range ($80,000 – $135,000) based on experience and location
  • Annual bonuses and merit-based compensation growth opportunities
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible arrangements
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off, holidays, and supportive leave policies
  • Retirement savings programs
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Mission-driven organization focused on expanding educational access and equity
  • Collaborative culture emphasizing feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
