This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Sales Operations in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of global go-to-market performance, responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of sales operations across compensation, capacity planning, segmentation, and productivity. The position plays a critical role in aligning sales execution with revenue objectives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure operational rigor and strategic alignment. The role requires strong analytical depth, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights. In addition, you will lead the development of scalable models that directly influence revenue efficiency and growth outcomes. This is a highly visible position with significant influence over strategic planning and operational decision-making.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and operationalize global sales compensation strategy, including quota setting, SPIFs, accelerators, and cost modeling aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Lead sales capacity planning and productivity modeling, including headcount forecasting, ramp structures, and attrition analysis.
  • Design and optimize segmentation and territory frameworks, ensuring equitable and data-driven market coverage.
  • Build and deliver executive and board-level reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing to align operational decisions with business strategy.
  • Manage compensation exceptions, disputes, and governance processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead the Sales Operations AI Center of Excellence, driving adoption of AI tools and automation across teams.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team focused on analytical excellence and execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations within enterprise B2B SaaS or software organizations.
  • Strong expertise in sales compensation design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and ARR-based revenue structures.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Xactly, Tableau, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a high-performance culture.
  • Background in PE-backed or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
