Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both.

With Arketa, users can easily manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, and run marketing campaigns via text and email. We also offer fully branded apps and websites, so studios can deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint.

We’ve raised $15M in Series A funding and are growing quickly. It’s a unique moment to join us—we’re building a category-defining company in a fast-moving space, and we’re looking for teammates who are excited to help shape the future of wellness.

The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead our RevOps function at Arketa. As one of our early leaders in this area, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create the infrastructure, insights, and processes that drive revenue growth and efficiency across the go-to-market (GTM) engine.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring order, clarity, and scale to a rapidly growing Series A startup. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, rolling up your sleeves to build systems, processes, and reporting while shaping our revenue strategy for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Owns sales planning, quota design, and territory strategy.

    • Aligns resources with market opportunities (e.g., how many reps in enterprise vs SMB).

    • Partners with Finance to build revenue forecasts.

  2. Sales Operations

    • Manages CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and reporting.

    • Ensures reps and managers have the right dashboards and KPIs.

    • Oversees compensation design, incentive structures, and performance tracking.

  3. Enablement & Productivity

    • Works with enablement to ensure reps have training, playbooks, and tools.

    • Identifies productivity blockers and fixes them (e.g., too much admin work, poor lead routing).

  4. Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to make sure sales strategy fits the full GTM motion.

    • Ensures lead definitions, handoffs, and customer journeys are smooth.

  5. Leadership & Change Management

    • Advises on organizational design.

    • Drives adoption of new tools, processes, and strategic initiatives.

    • Coaches frontline managers on metrics-driven leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS companies; SMB/vertical SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Strong background in CRM and GTM tech stack management (HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools, etc.).

  • Demonstrated success building RevOps foundations in a Series A–C startup environment.

  • Deep understanding of SMB go-to-market motions, including inside sales, self-serve, and customer success.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary, Stock Options, and Performance-based Bonuses

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Annual Company Offsites

  • Wellness Reimbursement

  • Catered Lunches/Snacks in NY

  • Ownership and Opportunity for Advancement

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $170,000–$190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently, and we’re happy to provide more detail during the interview process.

Arketa is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its workforce. We actively encourage applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters innovation and creativity, and we welcome candidates who share our values of respect, collaboration, and excellence.
