As Director, Project Delivery, you will oversee teams of project managers and technical leaders, ensuring successful execution of complex initiatives across multiple domains. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, optimizing processes, and improving performance through data-driven decision-making. The role blends people leadership, program oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will act as a central escalation point, ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning internal stakeholders. Accountabilities:

Lead and develop Senior Project Managers and technical leaders, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery through data analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning
Define, track, and optimize KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Serve as a key escalation point for complex project challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, account management, and consulting teams to align priorities and execution
Standardize project delivery frameworks to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and meet client expectations
Oversee resource planning, project tracking, and forecasting to ensure timely delivery and accurate revenue projections
Champion change management initiatives and lead organizational improvements across project delivery functions

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in project management, professional services, or a related field within technology-driven environments
7+ years of experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
Proven expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and organizational design
Solid technical understanding of IT solutions, including cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
Experience with tools and platforms such as Office 365, Intune, identity management systems, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) and familiarity with ITIL or ServiceNow are a plus
