This role will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our software products and updates, ensuring they meet both business goals and regulatory and quality requirements. The Director will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Regulatory, Quality, and other functional teams to drive the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our customers. #LI-Remote; #LI-IB1</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Program Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation of cross-functional program plans and detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Ensure that all teams are working towards common goals and tracking progress against key milestones.</li><li>Drive Program Success: Lead a team of program managers, project managers, and release managers, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of software products and updates, from inception through post-launch.</li><li>Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks across all programs, developing mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project timelines, scope, or quality.</li><li>Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Research, etc.) to define clear priorities and deliverables, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all stakeholders.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with senior Technology and cross-functional leadership and key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on program status, risks, and performance. Ensure that all parties are informed of escalated potential issues and that solutions are identified promptly.</li><li>Quality & Compliance: Ensure all programs adhere to applicable regulatory standards and industry best practices (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) maintaining a focus on quality and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.</li><li>Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Establish program and project management best practices for defining, managing, and communicating plans and status. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing program management processes, tools, and methodologies.</li><li>Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to program managers and project managers, helping to develop their skills and ensure successful execution.
