Role Summary:

Magnet Forensics is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Management Director to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. If you are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of SaaS products, a customer-first mindset, and exceptional team building and collaboration skills, this role is for you. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, empowering teams, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.


NOTE: This Candidate must reside in The United States or Canada.


Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Execution
  • Craft a long-term vision for our SaaS product suite and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and market trends.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and enhancing existing SaaS solutions.
  • Establish key SaaS product metrics and leverage them to inform product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and data insights.

Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space.
  • Use market research and customer insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership
  • Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy to ensure all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Mentor and help grow a high-performing team of product managers, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication to achieve smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between leadership, teams, and customers, effectively communicating progress and strategy.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years in Product Management Leadership roles within SaaS businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling subscription-based software platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability,
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn, etc.).
  • Proven experience of identifying and understanding customer needs and ability to translate them into valuable product features.
  • Expertise in creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Understanding of software development processes and technologies relevant to SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (MBA is a plus)
  • Travel: 25%.


Compensation & Benefits:
  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

Compensation Range:
  • MIN: $180,000 - MID: $225,000 - MAX: $270,000 USD
  • MIN: $155,200 - MID: $194,000 - MAX: $232,800 CAD
