This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on driving end-to-end revenue performance across digital consumer funnels in a data-intensive marketplace environment. You will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that directly influence conversion, user experience, and downstream monetization outcomes. The role blends growth product management with hands-on ownership of UI/UX innovation, experimentation, and analytics. You will be responsible for identifying friction points across the user journey and building both incremental improvements and entirely new product experiences to unlock step-change revenue growth. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and data, you will help shape scalable systems that optimize performance at every stage of the funnel. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with strong visibility and direct impact on core business outcomes.
Accountabilities:- Define and execute the product roadmap to maximize revenue per user and per session across the full digital funnel
- Optimize key performance metrics including conversion rates, click-through rates, lead quality, and downstream monetization outcomes
- Design and build new end-to-end UI/UX experiences in collaboration with engineering and technical leadership
- Balance experimentation and optimization efforts with a strong focus on net revenue impact and business quality
- Own full-funnel performance, including tracking engagement, conversion, approval rates, and revenue generation
- Partner closely with engineering teams on system design, APIs, data tracking, and product instrumentation
- Lead cross-functional execution across data, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior product managers to strengthen product thinking, execution, and accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of product management experience in growth, marketplaces, lead generation, or consumer-facing digital products
- Proven experience owning full-funnel performance and driving measurable revenue impact
- Strong background in building new product experiences and optimizing existing user journeys
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (required)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of technical product architecture, including APIs, data flows, and tracking systems
- Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong creativity, curiosity, and ability to generate and test high-impact product ideas
- Experience in home services or similar marketplace/lead generation environments strongly preferred
