Our team is passionate about transforming healthcare and making a positive impact on the lives of patients.</div>MedeAnalytics is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to help inform and shape our Payer Value Analytics solutions. The person hired for this position will have a strong background in health plans, developing product requirements, conducting market research, client implementations, and in creating innovative features to help differentiate our product. This role has a growth opportunity to Sr. Director, Product Management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of the current industry needs and trends in healthcare economics, value based care and quality improvement.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meet with clients to discuss roadmaps on a routine basis and to support sales.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create business cases including financial models to support the development of the product or services.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish customer persona and market profiles.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Specifying market problems and requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis, attending conferences, meeting with customers, prospects, and key internal resources.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate complex healthcare data ecosystems into cohesive product capabilities and solutions that drive customer value.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with engineering and data science to design data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and normalization logic aligned with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, APIs).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and enable creative use cases of multi-source data (e.g., predictive modeling, member risk identification, operational intelligence).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and field enablement.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support AI and machine learning integration — from concept to validation — ensuring explainability, compliance, and measurable outcomes.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive product training and internal education, equipping teams to articulate capabilities and insights effectively.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay ahead of regulatory, interoperability, and privacy standards impacting healthcare data (HIPAA, CMS, TEFCA, etc.).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the voice of data innovation, identifying emerging trends and partnerships that extend product value</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with the creation of impactful product presentations, reports, and dashboards.</li></ul>Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience inside a healthcare delivery organization or serving them</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate knowledge of claims and claims processing</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Agile / Scrum methodology experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience defining/prioritizing detailed product requirements</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to think strategically and execute ruthlessly, e.g., being able to articulate a long-term product vision and then roll up your sleeves to get things done</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams, schedules, and decisions</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to proactively monitor, analyze and resolve release dependencies, issues, and risks</li></ul>Additional Information:MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD. This position includes bonus potential of 12.5% and is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth..
