This senior leadership role is focused on defining and driving the enterprise strategy for consent and preference management across a large, regulated organization. You will shape a foundational platform that governs how customer permissions and preferences are captured, managed, and activated across all channels. The role has a strong impact on customer trust, regulatory compliance, and personalized engagement at scale. You will operate at the intersection of product, privacy, legal, and digital transformation. This is a highly strategic position requiring both vision and execution in a complex ecosystem. The environment is cross-functional, fast-evolving, and deeply focused on responsible data use and customer-centric innovation.
Accountabilities:- Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the consent and preference management platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities such as compliance, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
- Lead the development of scalable capabilities for capturing, normalizing, storing, and activating customer consent and preferences across all touchpoints.
- Establish enterprise-wide standards, including taxonomy, data models, APIs, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and interoperability.
- Drive integration of consent and preference services with CRM, marketing, analytics, customer service, and external partner systems.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to ensure regulatory adherence and business alignment.
- Champion customer trust by ensuring transparent, consistent, and intuitive consent and preference experiences.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to monitor adoption, compliance effectiveness, data quality, and platform performance, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, platform leadership, or digital capabilities, ideally focused on customer data, consent, privacy, or preference systems.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms across multiple business units, channels, and ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, TCPA, CCPA, and Do Not Contact requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders in highly regulated environments.
- Strong background in APIs, data governance, identity management, or enterprise data platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
