As a Director of Product Management at MyFitnessPal you will be responsible for products and programs that enable enterprise partners and customers to achieve their goals. Specifically, this role will lead teams responsible for building advertising products, partnerships experiences, as well as technical platform work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of Product Managers, responsible for building and iterating on MyFitnessPal’s ads, enterprise, and customer-facing products.
- Developing product management talent and contributing to a thriving culture where Product Managers can grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging
- Owning and developing the product strategy and roadmap for Ads, Partnerships, and platform initiatives. Communicating commitments and updates to partners frequently.
- Driving the vision for ads products and ensuring alignment with broader company goals while delivering value to both customers and advertisers.
- Meeting or exceeding critical business metrics (KPIs) and consistent execution against quarterly/annual goals. Communicating progress and impediments to senior leaders.
- Championing the product operating model by using a variety of qualitative and quantitative tools to discover solutions that are valuable for customers and the business and delivering high quality products to achieve goals.
- Contributing to MyFitnessPal’s Product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive both short- and long-term impact
Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Management.
- A clear record of leading teams to deliver impactful products in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, Marketing, and other functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-velocity teams that have measurable impact on customers and the business.
- Experience working in the product operating model quickly validating hypotheses through a range of testing tactics.
- Proven experience building and scaling ads products at consumer companies, ideally within a consumer app environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and make appropriate tradeoffs between long term investments and short-term wins.
- Experience leading consumer-facing product development work focused on native iOS and Android apps.
- Strong bias to action, and proven ability to make decisions quickly using a variety of inputs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $173,000 - $221,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
