Director, Product Management

This role leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product offerings, ensuring scalable solutions that meet customer needs at a global level. The Director of Product Management will manage a team of product managers, collaborate closely with engineering, sales, legal, and operations teams, and translate customer requirements into innovative, high-impact products. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including launching new products, improving workflows, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. Accountabilities:

Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and global growth initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across engineering, legal, go-to-market, and other product groups to ensure coherent execution and market readiness
Launch new products and initiatives from the ground up, enabling market expansion and innovative solutions
Represent the voice of the customer in all decisions, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver measurable value
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, promoting excellence, collaboration, and execution against the vision
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategic priorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted
10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, building customer-facing cloud or developer-focused products
Proven experience leading and growing product management teams
Experience managing complex, multi-workstream product launches, ideally in distributed systems or highly technical environments
Strong ability to translate technical concepts, customer needs, and business impact into actionable product strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with executives, engineering, and customers effectively
Ability to prioritize work streams into cohesive releases while maintaining high-quality delivery and strategic impact
