Director of Product & Growth β Closed Loop Issuing (Gift Card & Loyalty) Remote | United States
Since 1996, epay (a Euronet business segment) has connected global brands to consumers across mobile, gaming, and entertainment. We're now looking for a seasoned closed-loop payments leader to own the growth and product strategy for our Conductor platform β our gift card, loyalty, and stored-value issuing engine.
This is a high-visibility, entrepreneurial role for a true subject matter expert β not a generalist. If closed-loop ecosystems and scaling loyalty platforms is your world, we want to talk.
As Director of Product & Growth, you'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, commercial expansion, and ecosystem partnerships β driving revenue, shaping the Conductor roadmap, and keeping our issuing solutions best-in-class for enterprise brands worldwide.
- Own the product β Define and execute the 12-24 month Conductor roadmap across closed-loop gift card, loyalty, stored value, digital delivery, and analytics. Deliver a full competitive and feature gap assessment within 90 days.
- Drive revenue β Partner with global sales leadership to hit defined Conductor revenue targets. Support active enterprise deals, remove adoption blockers, and develop standardized business case frameworks and value propositions.
- Lead globally β Build and maintain a regulatory, tax, and trade matrix for priority expansion markets including US, Canada, UK, EU, India, and Brazil. Ensure product capabilities meet regional requirements.
- Position the platform β Own Conductor's market positioning and messaging. Represent epay at industry events (IMA, RGCA) and ensure all external communications reflect the product vision.
- Build the foundation β Develop a global Conductor knowledge base, implementation playbooks, and structured customer feedback loops to support scale.
- Lead people β Directly manage a dedicated sales resource, coaching and aligning them to Conductor's commercial priorities.
- Stay ahead β Evaluate and recommend AI-driven enhancements across automation, analytics, and risk management. Monitor emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
In Your First 6 Months, You'll:
- Deliver a product assessment and strategic roadmap to executive leadership
- Achieve independent Conductor platform demo proficiency
- Launch sales enablement materials and support active deals
- Establish cross-functional governance
- Define 12-month revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years in business development, product management, or account leadership within the closed-loop issuing ecosystem β this is non-negotiable
- Deep knowledge of electronic payments, card program management, and prepaid gift/loyalty card systems
- A proven track record of strategy execution and revenue growth
- Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel as required
