This is a senior communications leadership role focused on shaping how product strategy and innovation are understood in the broader healthcare and consumer landscape. You will define and drive narratives that build trust, awareness, and adoption of consumer health products across multiple channels, including media, influencer ecosystems, and executive communications. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, clinical, and corporate communications, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will translate complex healthcare and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate with consumers and stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will influence go-to-market decisions while ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end product communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable outcomes in awareness, trust, and product adoption across key consumer segments.

Own communications strategy for defined product categories, shaping narrative, positioning, and external messaging.
Partner closely with Product, Growth, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Brand teams to influence go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
Lead earned media strategy, securing high-impact coverage and managing proactive and reactive storytelling opportunities.
Drive integrated communications across media, influencer, editorial, and event channels to support product launches and category expansion.
Translate complex clinical, regulatory, and product information into clear, accurate, and compelling consumer-facing messaging.
Lead issue management for product-related topics, ensuring timely, credible, and well-structured responses in high-visibility situations.

Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned communications leader with strong experience in consumer-facing, product-driven environments, ideally within health, wellness, or regulated industries. You bring strong storytelling instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, cross-functional settings.

10–12+ years of experience in product communications, consumer communications, or related disciplines.
Proven success in earned media strategy, storytelling, and securing impactful press coverage.
Experience working in DTC, product-led, or consumer-facing businesses with regulatory or reputational complexity.
Strong ability to translate product, clinical, or technical concepts into compelling consumer narratives.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Executive teams.
Strong judgment in issue management, crisis communications, or high-stakes reputational situations.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and adapt strategy based on performance insights.
