About this Position
The Director, People Program Management is responsible for implementing and delivering long-range Human Resource strategies and practices that align with business objectives and produce a world-class people experience. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role oversees the end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning/formulating, implementation, evaluation, and measurement) of multiple concurrent key Human Resources initiatives and programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize processes and programs to support and enhance the people experience. This will initially include, but is not limited to, creating key processes/programs around acquisitions, international staffing, job architecture and career development, succession planning, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, HCMS and analytics, engagement and retention, and total rewards.
- Partner with cross-functional partners across the organization to help define process objectives and implement project plans that ensure high quality execution.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to drive awareness and execution of people management programs.
- Manage and monitor programs that deliver a best-in-class people experience from candidate attraction to every touch point with the People and Learning function.
- Create efficiencies through a deep understanding of processes, data flows, and system capabilities to streamline and/or automate and increase quality.
- Understand and stay up to date on current industry trends and external benchmarking to proactively identify and recommend continuous improvements related to program ownership.
- Oversee tracking and reporting of key objectives and results; design and maintain ad hoc and standard reports/analytics for ongoing business needs and program support.
- Be a trusted advisor by leveraging people programs, processes, and systems to educate on best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People roles with a demonstrable track record of building and optimizing programs and systems, including a specific focus in acquisition processes, including high-volume administration, international staffing implementation, HCMS implementation, engagement and retention programs, total rewards, and job architecture.
- Project management experience leading companywide business projects and change management initiatives with corresponding communication strategies.
- Experience developing, deploying, and driving processes that scale in all areas of Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs of the organization and create people strategies to address needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of data structure principles, trends, and best practices, including experience tracking and analyzing HR metrics.
- Strong collaborator and communicator with experience influencing internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Effective at driving outcomes and change, even without direct authority.
- Strategic, critical, and innovative thinker; able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, and innovative company and knowledge to deliver a great people experience in this environment.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions.
- PHR / SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP / SHRM-CP certification.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $150,000-$180,000.
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
