In this senior HR leadership role, you will act as a strategic partner to executive leaders across Product and Engineering, helping shape how a fast-scaling technical organization grows, performs, and evolves. You will influence decisions that directly impact talent density, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness across high-performing engineering and product teams. The role combines deep people strategy expertise with strong business acumen, requiring you to translate technical roadmaps into workforce and capability plans. You will also lead initiatives around performance excellence, succession planning, and organizational change at scale. Acting as both advisor and change agent, you will help build the structures, systems, and leadership bench required to support rapid innovation and growth. This is a highly visible role where your impact will be felt across the entire technical organization.
This role is responsible for shaping and executing people strategy across Product and Engineering, ensuring the organization is structured for scale, high performance, and long-term technical excellence. You will partner closely with senior leaders while also leading a team of People Business Partners to drive consistent execution of people programs.
This position requires extensive experience in strategic HR leadership within high-growth technology environments, particularly supporting Product and Engineering organizations. You should bring strong organizational design expertise, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, fast-moving settings.
