This leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence and strategic partnership success across complex healthcare revenue cycle engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives while ensuring performance, compliance, and financial outcomes are consistently achieved. The role combines hands-on operational oversight with high-level relationship management, requiring strong influence across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for shaping and executing client success strategies, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring alignment between service delivery and contractual expectations. Operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, you will act as a key escalation point and strategic partner to healthcare organizations. This is a highly visible role that directly impacts client satisfaction, operational stability, and revenue performance.
Accountabilities:- Lead day-to-day client operations within assigned revenue cycle partnerships, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and service performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, including CFOs and senior leadership teams, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Develop and execute client success plans, including deliverables, timelines, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps, performance risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate and lead regular client business reviews, presenting performance insights, strategic updates, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with onsite and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution of client strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management, including payer updates, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Support client leadership in understanding metrics, reporting tools, and operational workflows to improve decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client operations, focusing on financial performance, compliance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management in complex, client-facing environments.
- 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in matrixed or multi-stakeholder settings.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong experience working directly with healthcare executives and client leadership teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and operational concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and leading teams in the adoption of technology-enabled process improvements is highly valued.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
