This role is a senior strategic leadership position focused on shaping and scaling a global partner program that drives measurable business growth. You will define the vision, structure, and execution roadmap for partner engagement, adoption, and long-term value creation. Working across multiple functions, you will translate strategy into operational execution, ensuring alignment between business priorities and partner success. The position requires a strong balance of analytical thinking and hands-on program leadership in a fast-evolving, data-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and optimize program performance. This is a high-impact role where your work directly strengthens partner ecosystems and accelerates revenue outcomes. You will also champion innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the entire partner lifecycle.
Accountabilities:- Design and lead the strategic evolution of the partner program, ensuring it drives engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business growth
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed, executable plans and oversee end-to-end implementation across cross-functional teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize program performance
- Establish and maintain robust tracking systems and executive reporting frameworks to monitor progress and outcomes
- Lead cross-functional alignment between business, technical, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Oversee documentation, roadmap planning, and knowledge management systems to support transparency and scalability
- Drive enablement and communication strategies to ensure internal teams and partners clearly understand program value and positioning
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partner program strategy, development, or management in a complex, global environment
- Proven ability to lead both strategic design and operational execution of large-scale initiatives
- Strong background in data analysis, performance measurement, and insight-driven decision-making
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and leading cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills with executive-level exposure
- Ability to operate in agile environments, manage ambiguity, and solve complex operational challenges
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, and PRM systems
- Experience with modern knowledge management platforms and workflow automation tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Management, or a related field
